NLS 1&2 2024

The first Double-Header ist done.. Talk about a full Endurance Weekend for Women, Photographers and Machines. While Friday was a little bit chilly and humid, the Rest of the Weekend was 20°C + and full on Sunshine.. to the point where you get a Sunburn.

While the Bulk of the GT3 drivers were in Southern France for the GTWC we still had a massively competitive SP9 field being in front of an Armada of Cup Porsches and the very close GT4 Class.

The VLN didn't have to hide behind anyone either as a Star-studded Grid took on the Race on Saturday. Porsche seems to be the Brand that will put their Mark on the competition as the 2 Falken and the 911 Manthey Cars did dominate the Races, only being beaten for Pole by the same car twice ( yes the Sonic HRT AMG and the Bilstein on Sunday were the same car, just a different livery)

The new cooperation between Yokohama and HRT won twice the PRO-AM.. and the all new Mcchip serviced Renazzo Team won the AM on Sunday.

All in all a very Pleasant Weekend even though the condensed Schedule means that after next Weeks 24h qualifiers we will already have passed the 50% mark of the NLS Season.
