End of Season NLS 10

What ? This year it was all too short.. we certainly could have another Race..

Another middle class BMW Champion.. its how you win here in the Eifel. The VT2,  CUP 2 and CUP 3 are definitely the hardest Competition Classes but as long as there are that many moderately cheap BMWs competing you will have it hard to win overall.

Other than that after a wet cold and generally unpleasant Friday we had a cold but dry Saturday and the Racing was awesome. Mixed conditions are always Porsche territory and Falken showed that they made good tyres, even if they are on a Yellow Car.

the Yokohama BMW did a last lap effort to get the last Podium spot and win the NLS Speed trophy, which means that overall in pure Performance over the Year the Schubert BMW is the best placed Car, in front of all the Mercs and Porsches and Audis.. That is really impressive, especially as this year the 24 hours and the qualifiers counted toward that championship. ( yeah 2027 its a whole different story unfortunately)

In the Production Cars it is Sorg that took the Championship with the unrelenting Toyota Supra in the VT2... Sorg and Manheller took on this great Car all year around :)

Kudos to Piet and Ioanis, great drives, great performance .. 

now all that is left for me is the 3H RCN and the Macau GP.. see you all there :D
